Collection of waste from vessels

We have a few ways of collecting waste from vessels:

  1. Pump out liquid waste from the ship onto our barge;

  2. Pump out liquid waste from the ship into our tanker truck;

  3. Unload solid waste from the ship in big bags onto our barge using a ship crane;

  4. Unload solid waste from the ship onto our pick-up truck. Ideal for cases when there is no space for dumpsters or small quantities (0.7 - 10 Cubic meters).

  5. Unload solid waste from the ship into rented dumpsters in the port of Klaipeda.

What kind of liquid waste do we accept?

We accept all MARPOL-regulated waste: Sewage, sludge, bilge, engine oil, slops.

What kind of solid waste do we accept?

  • Food waste;

  • Recyclables (Paper, plastic, glass, metal);

  • Air & Oil Filters, Oiled Rags, Oil sorbents, Oil-contaminated waste and containers;

  • Ashes;

  • Electronics, bulbs & lamps;

  • Mercury contaminated waste;

  • Paint, lacquer, glue, putty waste and containers;

  • Other dangerous waste (chemical material, asbestos-containing material);

How to order?

Agents can place a request in our application.

We strive to provide same-day service, but due to high demand, a barge or other equipment might not be available. For on-time service, order a day or two in advance (we work on weekends and holidays).

If your ship pump is low efficiency, please inform us in advance.

What happens to the waste we collect?

All collected material is sent for further processing where it can be recycled, regenerated, or utilized in compliance with local law and EU regulations.
